Important Notes
Local Travel Costs
For services within the city, a travel fee will be charged based on the distance between the event location and the service location.
This amount will be added to the total service cost.
Travel Cost for Out-of-Town Services (Airfare)
For events outside the city, airfare will becharged based on the cost of round-triptickets.
The airfare cost is theresponsibility of the client.
Accommodation (Hotel and Stay)
For out-of-town events that require an overnight stay, accommodation costs (hotel and stay) will be the client’s responsibility.
The hotel cost will be agreed upon in advance, depending on the event location and accommodation needs.
Daily Parking Fees
The client will be responsible for any dailyparking fees during the event, if applicable.
This includes parking costs forthe vehicle during the service.
